TRANSEZ LTD ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Transez.ai platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2.1 Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Google sign-in information used to verify your email address
• Credit balance and usage records associated with your email address

2.2 Files and Content

When you use our Service, we process:

• PDF files, images (PNG, JPG, JPEG), JSON files, and Excel files you upload
• Extracted text content from PDF documents
• Excel data and analysis results
• Extraction instructions and saved templates you provide

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including:

• Pages processed and converted
• API calls made
• Files uploaded and processed
• Session information and timestamps

2.4 Payment Information

For credit purchases, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe collects and processes payment data in accordance with their privacy policy.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• Process and convert your documents using AI-powered extraction
• Manage your account and credits
• Send you service-related communications
• Monitor usage and enforce usage limits
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Storage

For the current AI extraction service:

• Cloudflare Workers processes conversion requests, and Cloudflare D1 stores account, credit, purchase, usage and saved-template records.
• Uploaded documents and extracted tables are processed for your request; our conversion API does not save them to a document archive.
• Documents and extraction instructions are sent to Google Gemini to generate the requested table. Provider processing and retention are governed by the applicable provider terms.
• Results you insert into Google Sheets remain in your spreadsheet until you remove them.

4.2 Security Measures

We use HTTPS for data in transit, server-side credentials and access controls to protect the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. To request access, correction or deletion, contact ljhtwinkle@gmail.com from your account email. Purchase and security records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. You can delete your own spreadsheet results in Google Sheets and revoke the add-on permissions in your Google Account.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy)
• Google Gemini: Processes uploaded documents and instructions for AI extraction
• Google Apps Script and Google Sheets: Run the add-on and store results you choose to insert
• Google Analytics: Website usage analytics when you accept analytics cookies
• Cloudflare: Website hosting, request processing, account records and security services

These services have their own privacy policies governing the collection and use of your information.

Google Sheets Add-on and Google User Data

The add-on uses your Google email address to identify your credit balance. It accesses only the current spreadsheet to append the extracted table when you choose to insert results. It does not read your other Drive files or send existing spreadsheet cell contents to Gemini. The document you select on your device and your extraction instructions are sent to Transez and Google Gemini only when you request conversion.

Transez's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or retain or use it to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
